Our Discovery Trio is the best way to discover Food Crayon. Three classic, timeless flavours that go well with everyday cooking as well as Italian cuisine. It is composed of Basil, Lemon and Tomato & Thyme crayons (sharpener included).

- The Basilic Crayon is perfect on Italian cuisine, spaghetti, tomato-mozzarella, pizzas. And why not on a dessert like strawberries! It is very convenient to use all year round to add freshness to your dishes.

- The Lemon Crayon is a real explosion of flavours, excellent on all kinds of cooked or raw fish to provide that tangy boost. A simple use would be to add lemon shavings on your meal salad, mixed vegetables, quinoa salad to add freshness. Very good also on cocktails.

- The Tomato & Thyme Crayon, the perfect “bouquet” to finish a Mediterranean preparation, whether it is based on tomatoes, peppers, zucchini or your favorite vegetables! This sundried tomato flavour will sublimate your dishes.

Apple cider vinegar infused with dried tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, Agar-agar, natural thyme flavour, gluten free tamari, locust bean gum.

How it works:
Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve.

How many shavings:
5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on a drink.

Shelf life and preservation:
Food Crayon lasts up to 12 months. Once open keep them in their tube in the fridge.
