Final sale on food products
All food products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Inspect on delivery or pickup
Check the condition of your order at delivery or pickup.
If you received the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, email us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup with a photo. Email: contact@foodie-family.com
Include: order number, photos showing the issue, outer packaging, and lot/date code if visible.
Do not discard the product or packaging until we advise.
If confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items
All food items.
Opened or partially used products.
Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery/pickup.
Do not send returns without authorization
Unauthorised returns will be refused. We will provide return instructions if needed.
Damages and carriers
For visible shipping damage, note it with the carrier at delivery when possible and photograph the packaging and contents.
Delays caused by carriers or customs are not grounds for returns.
