Tangerine Bubbles | Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon

Ingredients:
0.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz Cointreau
3 oz white cranberry juice
1642 Yuzu
Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon
3 oz Fiol Prosecco DOC
Garnish Idea: Rim the glass with a bit of Cointreau and shave a few Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon shavings on top.
Preparation:
In a shaker, pour all the ingredients except the Prosecco.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the entire contents of the shaker into a champagne flute.
Top with Fiol Prosecco DOC bubbles.
Stir gently with a spoon to blend everything smoothly.
