For 4 servings:
Ingredients
- 1 cup pink shrimp
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 ripe avocados, halved
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Boil the shrimp.
- Cut the avocados in half.
- Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and a few drops of hot sauce (to taste).
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the shrimp in the mayonnaise mixture.
- Spoon a few tablespoons into each avocado half.
- Grate 8 shavings of the Grapefruit & Timut Pepper Crayon and garnish each avocado with 2 shavings.
- Serve and enjoy!
