Shrimp Avocado | Grapefruit & Timut Pepper Crayon

For 4 servings:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pink shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the shrimp.
  2. Cut the avocados in half.
  3. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and a few drops of hot sauce (to taste).
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the shrimp in the mayonnaise mixture.
  6. Spoon a few tablespoons into each avocado half.
  7. Grate 8 shavings of the Grapefruit & Timut Pepper Crayon and garnish each avocado with 2 shavings.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
