Cocktail "L'été des Indiens" by Fanny Gauthier | Coco Yuzu Food Crayon
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz of lemon juice
- 0.5 oz of simple syrup
- 1 oz of coconut milk
- 2 drops of orange blossom
- 1.5 oz of Bacardi white rum
- 3 oz of pineapple juice
Preparation
1. With a brush, put simple syrup all over the external side of the glass and then sprinkle with grated coconut.
2. In a shaker, pour all the ingredients.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
4. Using a strainer, strain into a cocktail cup.
5. Sharpen your Coco Yuzu Food Crayon and place them on top of the glass!
