For 4 servings: Ingredients 1 cup pink shrimp 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 ripe avocados, halved 6 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Preparation Boil the shrimp. Cut the avocados in half. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and a few drops of hot sauce (to taste). Season with salt and pepper. Toss the shrimp in the mayonnaise mixture. Spoon a few tablespoons into each avocado half. Grate 8 shavings of the Grapefruit & Timut Pepper Crayon and garnish each avocado with 2 shavings. Serve and enjoy!
