Crêpes au sirop d'érable | Crayon Mandarine Cannelle

Maple syrup crepes | Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon

Ingredient for around 20 pancakes
- 12 tablespoon of flour
- 8 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of Orange Blossom
- 1/2 L of milk
- A little bit of oil to fry crepe in a frying pan

Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl
2. Add the milk untill the texture is liquid
3. Let stand 1 hour. Whip once again and liquefied the mixture with milk if it's to dense
4. Cook your crepe in a hot pan
Sometimes, grease the pan with a little oil on a paper towel
5. Generously, pour maple syrup over your crepes
6. Sharpens a few shavings of Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon
